I have been seeing Dr. Baig for many years now, since before she had her own practice, and I have never been happier with a pediatrician. Both her and Dr. Jain are amazing. The nurses and staff are as equally amazing.They listen, address all concerns including financial, are great with the kids, the clinic is always clean, and they always squeeze us in when needed. My son absolutely loves her. I will continue to take him to Dr. Baig and Eastside for as long as we can! ❤️

Great experience from the beginning. They have a once a month open schedule on the weekends which worked out perfectly with our busy schedule. Staff are pleasant and respectful. Dr. Jain is calm, knowledgeable and address all of our concerns. She took the time to answers them all. Highly recommended.

Being a first time mom, I was hesitant going into my first visit with my baby. To be honest, I had 2 other offices lined up, just in case. But we absolutely love this clinic. We’re so thankful for everyone there, to the lady in the front greeting us and checking us in, to Julie talking to us and taking care of our son before the doctors come in. We’ve started with Dr. Baig and she is so wonderful. The amount of information she gave us was so helpful and she never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. She listens and provides such great care and information. We also had a visit with the NP and she was so sweet. Lastly, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jain and she of course was wonderful! We’re so thankful for this clinic. They never made me feel like a “crazy” mom or a “too concerned” mom. We appreciate all that Eastside Children’s Clinic does for not only my son but for us as parents. đź’—

Highly Recommend!We've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jain and Dr Baig. From the very first visit, they made both my child and me feel comfortable. They take time to explain things clearly, answer all our questions patiently, and always show genuine concern for my child’s health and development. We've had a couple of appointments with Dr. Jain so far, and our experience has been very positive. Dr. Jain is insightful and takes the time to explain things clearly, which has been really reassuring as new parents. Nurse Julie has also been a great resource—she’s been very helpful in sharing practical advice and tips. We’ve also appreciated how responsive the office is; it’s been easy to get in touch with them over the phone whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, our experience with the practice has been good so far.

I love Doctor Jain ! I’ve followed her when she was at Plano , garland and Allen . She’s been seeing my kids since they were babies they are 6 and 9 now . Dr Jain is so sweet and the kindness heart ever met . I love how she addresses my kids . We need more doctors like her this is the Doctor you want for your kid’s . Her staff is amazing. I'm very picky about providers for my kids. I had one that I absolutely loved but she left to work in a hospital. After that for over a year, we jumped around from office to office and just couldn't find anyone who ticked all of the important boxes for us. I wanted a provider who believes in prevention as well as treatment, who is kind and personable, who takes time to answer any and all of my questions without making me feel like a burden on their time, who is knowledgeable and gives options when possible, who treats my kids with respect and explains what will happen to them before and during treatment, who is knowledgeable about uncircumcised children, and accepts our healthy vegetarian lifestyle. We've been with Eastside Children's Clinic for about a year now and have seen both doctors for a variety of reasons and have been 100% pleased with them. Everyone there has been kind and helpful to us and we have gotten the best care imaginable.

Baig is hands down the nicest pediatrician we have ever had. My husband and I have moved around a lot and have had to switch doctors many times but im glad we have settled here and get to see Baig hopefully from here on out. She is so tactful when addressing concerns and just beyond amazing when it comes to being sweet to our little girl. Thank you so much Baig. The front desk staff was also very considerate and nice. We had such a wonderful experience at Eastside Children’s Clinic while we were temporarily in Texas with our newborn. Since we ended up staying longer than planned, we needed to schedule our baby’s 2-month visit away from our primary pediatrician, and choosing this clinic was truly a blessing.
Dr. Baig and Dr. Jain were both incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to carefully listen to all of our questions and concerns and made us feel completely comfortable — even knowing we would only be seeing them for a few visits. We never once felt rushed or like “temporary” patients. Their warmth and thoroughness gave us so much reassurance during an important stage for our baby.
The staff, especially Meredith and Gabriela, were equally amazing. They were accommodating with scheduling, including helping us with later appointments when needed, and were always welcoming and professional.
As a mom traveling with a young baby, finding compassionate and attentive care meant everything to me. I’m so grateful for the care we received here and would absolutely recommend Eastside Children’s Clinic to any parent looking for a pediatric team that truly cares.
